So, many have asked how I keep this buff bod. Well, portion control baby. I've decided (partly because it is so lame and so easy) to post what I eat every day. We'll see how long it lasts. I'd set over under to 10 days.

1 Cottage Cheese with Blueberries thingy
Lunch:
Turkey Sammich
Cheez-Its (man, I love Cheez-Its)
Snack:
2 Oreo Double Stuff Cookies
Dinner:
Turkey Chili

when you have to eat crow or swallow your pride will that be included under your daily consumption postings as well?
