I'm sure you all saw that meat log thing on that there internet a while back. You know the one, it was all bacon and sausage, like 4 lbs of it. TheSpinMD still hasn't recovered from the one he ate. Well folks, here's another, the meat house. I think this needs to stop....
Stupid Thing I Said Today:
A classic, one I pull out quite a bit. To one of the kids, not sure which one, "Do that again and I'm sending you to a state school." Not even sure what I mean. My brain is rotted from the meat log.
Breakfast:
2 Cups of Coffee
2 Slices Wheat Toast
1 Cup V8 Strawberry Banana Drink Thing
Lunch:
Baked Ziti
Dinner:
Risotto with Chicken, Artichokes, Grape Tomatoes
Interesting side note (well, to me anyway) - Blogger insists that Ziti is misspelled here. Gives an alternative of Zit or Zits, nice. Um, ain't Blogger part of Google? Are they serious? Ziti? C'mon. Also, while on a rant. The spell checker also insists that "internet" be "Internet" regardless of where it is in a sentence. Ah, no. Wrong.

Boy that risotto sounds fabulous. Did you make it? Wow, what effort goes into making such a complicated and intricate dish. You are a lucky blogger to be eating such refined food. Funny how you didn't mention anything more specific about how amazing it was...and for a Friday night dinner to boot! Wow, I want to live your charmed life.
ReplyDeleteOh, and Internet is a proper noun (similar to Boston or San Francisco) and is supposed to be capitalized. This differs from intranets and extranets, which are generic terms and do not need to be capitalized. There is only one Internet, but many intranets. The world of grammar is so confusing.
Now don't pick your nose, you'll lose an eye.
